This 3 double-bedroom villa, located in a natural setting, is ideal for up to 6 people, with the possibility of adding a baby under the age of 2 thanks to a cot provided.
The villa is laid out on two levels. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious living room with a cosy sitting area and smart TV (access to cable channels and Netflix, Prime Video with your own codes). The kitchen, open to the living and dining areas, is equipped with numerous appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and induction hob, and offers direct access to a terrace with table and high chairs for outdoor dining. On either side are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200), its own private bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and outdoor shower in a green setting. The other two bedrooms, also with double beds (160x200), share a common bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
On the first floor, you'll enjoy a covered outdoor terrace, accessible via both the main entrance and an outside staircase from the first floor, with a lounge area, dining area and laundry room equipped with washing machine.
Enjoy the calm of the natural environment, with a pretty tropical garden, and a private heated saltwater pool (3.5x3.5 m). It's surrounded by deckchairs and a loveuse for relaxing and sunbathing. A Weber barbecue is also available for delicious outdoor meals.

Just a 20-minute drive away, the Route de la Traversée, surrounded by lush vegetation, offers magnificent hiking trails. You can discover the famous Cascade aux Écrevisses, an emblematic site, or visit the Zoo and Parc des Mamelles.

Nous avons très bien été reçu. Les hôtes étaient facilement joignable lorsque nous avions besoin. Superbe villa, bien équipée. Nous aurions seulement aimé avoir une télévision dans la chambre, mais pour le reste, c’était impeccable. Situé au centre de l’île, nous avons pu voyager dans les 4 coins de l’île sans que la route soit trop longue en une journée.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
