In the second line facing the sea, this large architect designed villa is conceived on 3 levels offering an incredible sea view on all floors. Equipped with 4 air-conditioned rooms, the villa Pearly can receive up to 9 persons.

The occupancy capacity of your vacation rental is 9. We thank you to respect the capacity of reception of day as night. Parties are not allowed. In case of breach of contractual rules, the deposit is impacted.

An electric gate secures the property and gives access to a private parking lot that can accommodate two vehicles. A large wooden staircase leads to the pool level.

At this level, you will enjoy the relaxation area around the magnificent mirror pool and its small beach allowing you to sunbathe while being in the water. A large deck surrounds the pool. It is equipped with several deckchairs, a large outdoor lounge and an outdoor shower. For your convenience, a laundry room with a washing machine is at your disposal. The first bedroom of the house is on this level. It has two single beds of 90cm (which can be made into a 180cm bed), a small fitness area with two weight machines and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

A nice outside corridor leads to the upper level of the house, an authentic Balinese door gives access to the back of your vacation home with a small garden, a terrace with dining area and a barbecue.

The entrance to the villa is on this level. A nicely decorated entrance hall leads to the different rooms of the house. The modern, functional and fully equipped kitchen opens onto the second terrace of 70m2 facing the sea. This one is equipped with a large dining table that can accommodate up to 12 guests, a large L-shaped living room facing the sea and a cocoon day bed to read while enjoying the incredible view in the background.

The living room in the center of the house allows you to move from one terrace to another, equipped with a large television, a comfortable sofa, it invites you to travel with many decorative objects from here and else where. A guest toilet is located at the foot of the wooden staircase that leads to the 3rd floor of your vacation rental to reach the night space.

Here you will find an air-conditioned master suite with a king size bed (180cm / 200cm), a dressing room, a separate toilet, a bathroom with Italian shower and a small sitting area, all offering an incredible view of the sea and the mountains of Basse-Terre.

You will also find on this floor two other air-conditioned rooms, one with a king size bed (180cm x 200cm) and the other with a 140cm x 200cm bed. One of them also has a sitting area with a sofa bed (120cm x 190cm) that can accommodate an additional person. Finally, a common bathroom equipped with a shower, sink and toilet completes the layout of this last floor of your vacation villa in Gosier.

As you can see, wherever you are in this villa, the view is breathtaking, whether you wake up in your room, during the day from the terrace or the pool, or in the evening to admire the sunset over the Basse-Terre and the Saintes.

The villa Pearly is equipped with a city water tank of 2000L and a Wifi access is available in the whole villa.

Also note that the cat of the owners has elected residence as guardian of the house, do not be surprised to see him sleeping in the shade of the terrace ...
