Just 25 minutes from the airport, this sumptuous property is ideal for families and couples in search of relaxation. The beaches of Saint-Félix and Petit Havre are just 10 minutes away, while the town of Le Gosier is 15 minutes away.
For your comfort and peace of mind, secure parking is available on site, with an electric gate and exterior cameras to ensure your peace and quiet. An entrance key and a beeper for the house alarm will be given to you on arrival. A car is essential to fully enjoy the island.

Arranged on two levels, it gives the impression of a single-storey house: the main floor, accessible from a beautiful paved driveway, houses the villa itself, while the first floor is reserved for the garage (and not accessible to travelers).
The villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms. To the left of the main entrance, a corridor leads to 3 bedrooms: one suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) benefits from its own private shower room and Japanese toilet, while the other two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x200) that can be pushed together, share a common bathroom. On the right wing, the master suite with king-size bed (180x200) opens directly onto the pool and has its own shower room with Japanese toilet, as well as a spacious dressing room.
In the central area of the villa, the spacious, air-conditioned living room offers a TV and lounge area with a central sofa, structured to sit either towards the dining area or the TV area. This area offers a Wifi connection with fiber throughout the house, as well as a good-quality connected loudspeaker (Marshall brand).
The kitchen, featuring an island, is fully equipped with quality appliances, notably from SMEG (citrus press, toaster, kettle, blender), 3 ovens for demanding cooks and a bean-to-cup coffee machine for connoisseurs. An adjoining laundry room features a washing machine and dryer.
It opens onto an outdoor terrace with sheltered and open areas: an outdoor lounge, dining table and sun loungers ensure absolute relaxation by the pool.
A Weber charcoal barbecue, beach equipment and a water tank system ensure optimum comfort for travelers.

Villa Sueno is less than 10 minutes' drive from all amenities, including a gas station, Leclerc supermarket and restaurants, as well as the towns of Gosier and Ste Anne.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
