This spacious and functional holiday rental, which can accommodate 8 people, is built on two levels and benefits from a harmonious layout between inside and outside.

The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. Three of them are on the first floor, each equipped with a Queen Size double bed (160x200) and a private shower room with WC, offering a view and direct access to the swimming pool.

Upstairs, a master suite with a King Size bed (180x200), a private bathroom including shower, bath and separate toilet, and a dressing room, awaits you for moments of relaxation. This suite opens onto a private terrace with solarium, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

The modern kitchen opens onto the living room and features a central island with four high chairs. It is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an American fridge, a Krups Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a blender. The living room is bright and spacious, with a large, cosy sofa and a connected TV offering access to Netflix and Prime Video with your codes. This space offers a Wifi connection with fiber throughout the house.

The covered terrace, adjacent to the living room, features a large wooden table for outdoor dining, a modern lounge, as well as another sitting area sheltered under a pergola.

You can also take advantage of the 9.8 x 3.5-meter private saltwater swimming pool, secured by an underwater alarm, with deckchairs and a daybed for relaxing moments around the water, as well as foutas at your disposal for added comfort.

The fenced garden is meticulously maintained. You'll discover a wide variety of exotic fruit trees: lemon, guava, mulberry, mango and sugar cane. And medicinal plants add a healing touch to this natural setting. Away from the hustle and bustle, you'll be lulled by the calm of this place, perfect for recharging your batteries. Finally, you'll be offered a welcome basket to get your stay off to a good start, and a water tank ensures a constant supply.
