The compound is composed of the owners' villa and a separate, completely private entrance to two rental properties which includes Little Coco, able to accommodate two people. We were immediately charmed by this rental which is just perfect for a romantic getaway. This comfortable bungalow includes a wonderful patio with its view of the marina, private jacuzzi and two sun loungers. It's just the perfect spot for admiring the sunset. The fully-fitted, functional kitchen opens onto the patio through a bar area. A sliding door leads to your bedroom through a stylish bathroom which includes a beautiful walk-in shower. The air conditioned bedroom is elegantly decorated and boasts comfortable bed linen. There's everything you'll need, the view from your bed when you wake up in the morning is just breathtaking.

What to do near the apartment?
Bungalow Little Coco is nestled in the heart of a perfectly manicured garden with direct access to a dock (access is reserved for the site's guests) where you'll be able to try paddleboarding or take off on an excursion directly from the sea. A relaxation area has been fitted out at the base of the dock for your enjoyment.The very pretty beach of Bas du Fort is a 15-minute walk away, the town of Gosier is only a ten-minute car ride away, where you'll be able to enjoy local flavors at the night market on Friday night. Shops, restaurants, water sports—everything is close by. As Gosier is in the center of Guadeloupe, you are perfectly situated to discover both Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre. This bungalow is the ideal choice for lovebirds looking to get away. The oh-so welcoming owners will be happy to indicate the best sights to see in the surrounding area.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
