The bungalow is a functional and comfortable Creole-style single-storey space, ideal for up to two people. It comprises a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. The bungalow is bright and air-conditioned for your comfort.
Access to the bungalow is direct from the entrance gate, along a driveway that runs alongside the main villa. Behind the bungalow, a covered area houses the washing machine, keeping your living space functional.
Guests of the bungalow can enjoy access to various common areas of the main villa, such as the large covered outdoor terrace, which offers several sitting areas and a dining area ideally located near the kitchen.
The kitchen, accessible from the terrace, has all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay, including a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, and two large fridges. You can also enjoy your meals on the terrace while taking in the view of the wooded garden and pool area.
The private swimming pool, measuring 6 x 3 meters, is salt water and secured by a fence, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet. You can also enjoy the well-kept, fully fenced garden, offering a quiet, unoverlooked space.
As an added bonus, the villa is equipped with a water tank to guarantee a constant supply of water. A housekeeper will visit three times a week to keep the premises clean. Arrival is autonomous thanks to a key box, for maximum flexibility and privacy.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
