Where is Villa Calia, holiday home, located in St. Barts?
Villa Calia is a contemporary villa located on the heights of the Petite Saline district, in the center of the island of Saint-Bathélémy, and 10 minutes from the airport. By opting for this location, you will be less than 15 minutes by car from many points of interest on the island, such as shopping in the luxury boutiques of Gustavia, swimming in the bay of Saint-Jean, or trying a surfing or snorkeling session in the bay of Lorient! Although access to the villa is from a concrete road, we recommend renting an SUV. On site, you can park up to 4 vehicles in the private parking space of your villa.How is Villa Calia in St. Barts arranged?
The front door of Villa Calia opens onto a large bright room promising beautiful evenings. For entertainment there’s a billiards table, table football (under the stairs) and a ping-pong table is also stored in this space and can be set up outdoors. Upstairs, accessible from a staircase, is a large living room offering a superb panorama of the surrounding countryside. A sitting area with a TV adjoins the large kitchen. You will not miss any home comforts.A Nespresso machine, a Krups cream machine, a blender, a dishwasher, a freezer, are all available for your use. The living space is bright and comfortably furnished. In its extension is a beautiful infinity pool of 7m. Sun loungers and a Weber gas barbecue are also available.
The three suites are arranged on either side of the main room. All suites are air-conditioned and have a large king-sized bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and large storage closets. Two of the three bedrooms have an Apple TV. It should also be noted that two of the three rooms are interconnecting. Each room, however, has direct access to the large balcony that borders the entire living space.

The island offers beautiful and unspoilt beaches, with crystal clear waters and breathtaking natural landscapes. Here you can discover, among others, the beaches of Gouverneur, Saline, flamands(flamingos), and Colombier.For eating out, there is no shortage of culinary offerings in Saint Barth! You will find excellent places in Saint Jean and Gustavia. Indeed, despite its small size, Saint-Barth is home to an exceptional gastronomic scene with many high-level restaurants. Guests can enjoy delicious cuisine, ranging from local dishes to international specialties. Finally, if you like water sports, you will be spoilt for choice by the selection on offer; scuba diving, sailing, kayaking, surfing, kitesurfing ... and much more are at your disposal.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
