Where is Villa Alamanda situated in St. Barthelemy?

Villa Alamanda is located on the heights of the Petite Saline District, in the center of the island of Saint-Barthélémy. Only 15 minutes by car from Rémy-de-Haenen Airport, you can enjoy a quiet stay while quickly accessing the liveliest parts of the island. For example, it takes about 10 minutes by car to reach Anse de Grande Saline or Lorient Beach on the opposite coast. Although the snaking road that serves this residential area is made of concrete, we recommend renting an SUV for more comfort. On site, you can easily park one to two vehicles in the parking area reserved for the villa.

How is Villa Alamanda arranged?

Villa Alamanda is organized on two levels. With an area of 120m², this villa offers spacious living for up to 4 people. The first level on the ground floor consists of a large bright room where extensive windows overlook the pool. As this space is air-conditioned, it is ideal to enjoy a yoga session or a massage. The villa has a swimming pool of 6m x 3m lined with deckchairs. A weight machine (weight pull) is also available.

Upstairs is a large fully open-plan living room, with a beautiful view of the hills. This space consists of a large central island also serving as a dining table,with everything necessary for a comfortable stay (a Nespresso machine, a Krups cream machine, a blender, a wine cellar, a freezer, a dishwasher, etc.).Two suites are found on either side of the living room, for more privacy. Each suite is air-conditioned and has a large king-sized bed, an Apple tv, large storage cupboards, and abathroom with a walk-in shower, a double sink and a toilet. A beautiful balcony borders the living room, for a fully Caribbean experience. There is also a seating area for relaxing and a Weber barbecue.

By staying at Villa Alamanda, in less than 15-minutes’ drive you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the island: the Cove of Lorient, Gouverneur Beach, Saline Beach, Saint-Jean Beach ... The natural pools of Grand Fond are a 5-minute drive away, a natural beauty not to be missed. Diving, boat tripping, kitesurfing, many water activities can also be practiced on the island and are easily accessible thanks to the central placement of Villa Alamanda. Finally, you will find a wide choice of bars and restaurants, as well as many stores in Saint Jean and Gustavia, two well-known areas of Saint-Barth.
