Villa très confortable, moderne, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la piscine au sel, qui est de belle dimension. Beau cadre environnant, très calme. Commerces, restaurants et plages à proximité. Accueil chaleureux de Fabrice qui s’est montré disponible et attentionné.

Superbe villa toute équipée avec 1 piscine Voisinage calme Placée idéalement sur l'île Nous avons fait énormément de choses malgré les émeutes nous n avons pas été embêtés Fabrice notre hote est très réactif et très sympathique Vous pouvez y venir les yeux fermés Merci bcp pour ce séjour Nous y reviendrons sûrement

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
