The 35 m² main living space is bright and open, featuring a lounge area with a sofa and TV, as well as an open equipped kitchen (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, an electric juicer..) and a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm). A bathroom with a shower and washing machine complete the interiors.
Outside, a large, carefully laid-out terrace invites you to enjoy a breathtaking view over the bay of Fort-de-France. With an outdoor lounge for hours of conversation, deckchairs for sunbathing and a dining table, there's nothing lacking for convivial moments. The private swimming pool (2 m x 3 m), treated with salt, is a real haven of freshness and has an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach or before a swim. Water sports enthusiasts will appreciate the kayak, while beach lovers will enjoy the beach chairs and cool box available. The terrace, which opens onto the living area, reinforces the desire to live outside, to make the most of this tropical setting.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
