La Petite Maison dans la mer "Little house in the sea" is a stunning ground-floor villa located on the northern Caribbean coast of Martinique, in the commune of Saint-Pierre, about 50 minutes from the airport. Certified with a 5-star Atout France rating, this house features impressive exposed stone walls that withstood the eruption of 1902.
A true haven of peace, this waterfront home offers direct access to the sea and nearby beaches, allowing guests to fully enjoy the pleasures of a seaside escape. However, a car is recommended to fully explore this diverse region and its many attractions. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the villa provides two parking spaces available for free along the property’s exterior.
With its ideal location, this villa is perfect for family getaways or vacations with friends. All essential amenities, including a grocery store, bakery, bank, and pharmacy, are within a 10-minutes walk.

How is this waterfront villa in St Pierre arranged?
This house offers a seamless layout designed for comfort and togetherness. Situated on the ground floor, this villa can accommodate up to 10 guests thanks to its 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and perfectly optimized spaces. Please note that the villa has 5 bedrooms, but when you rent the “Little House in the Sea” format, you rent only the first floor, i.e. 4 bedrooms (the upstairs will be closed, as it is not rented to other travelers). Three bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds (180 cm) and private en-suite bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom, a dormitory ideal for children, features 2 bunk beds and a nearby separate bathroom. An additional sleeping space is available on a sofa bed (with a €30/night per person surcharge).
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV with Canal+, Apple TV, and Netflix, as well as a Sonos speaker, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The open-plan kitchen is functional and fully equipped (including a refrigerator with an ice dispenser, a Nespresso machine, a blender, a barbecue, and more). This kitchen opens directly onto the terrace, which faces the sea.
Outside, the terrace is divided into two areas: a 55 m² covered section with a large dining table and a lounge, perfect for group meals, and a 70 m² uncovered section with direct access to Saint-Pierre beach via a small gate. Additional features include an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a swim, as well as kayaks and paddleboards available for exploring the crystal-clear waters.
The villa embodies a "family home" spirit, offering numerous kid-friendly amenities such as a baby crib, high chair, 10 kg capacity washing machine, and dryer. Every detail, from the furniture to the retro and elegant decorative touches, has been thoughtfully designed to ensure an unforgettable stay. Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
