The spacious and bright living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, is perfect for unwinding in tranquility. The open kitchen, fully equipped (Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, etc.), allows you to prepare delicious meals that can be enjoyed outdoors on the terrace with its dining area (charcoal barbecue).
Facing the open view, a beautiful 6 x 3-meter pool extends in front of Villa Soyam, secured by an alarm. Surrounded by lounge chairs, it invites you to refreshing swims or relaxing moments in the sun. A small carbet with garden furniture is ideal for an aperitif with a view.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
