On the ground floor, you will find three air-conditioned bedrooms, two equipped with double beds (160x200) and one with two twin beds (90x200), all fitted with mosquito nets for peaceful nights. One of the bedrooms with a double bed has its own private bathroom with a shower, while the other two share a second bathroom, also equipped with a shower. A guest toilet is also available on this level.
Upstairs, the master suite offers a true haven of tranquility with a double bed (160x200), a private bathroom, and a private terrace, ideal for enjoying the surrounding calm.
The spacious and bright living room is open to the modern, fully equipped kitchen. You'll find a comfortable sofa, a television, and a kitchen with a view of the pool, equipped with all necessary amenities: electric oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, citrus juicer, and much more.
A set of baby equipment is available for families (high chair, baby cot).

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
