Guests will enjoy two modern bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers, double sinks, and toilets, as well as an additional guest toilet. The single-story villa, built in 2017, features a large, bright living area with direct access to the terrace, offering stunning views of the pool and the bay of Case Pilote. The living room is equipped with two sofas, a television, and air circulators for relaxation. The open kitchen, fully equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and blender, is ideal for preparing delicious meals. Outside, the covered terrace with a dining table and the outdoor lounge under a pergola invite you to unwind, while the 6.5*3.5 m pool and the pool deck with loungers provide the perfect setting to enjoy the Martinique sunshine.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
