Villa Blanca - Case Pilote

Villa Blanca has been thoughtfully designed to offer a refined and functional living space, all on one level. With its three air-conditioned bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The master suite ensures privacy with a king-size bed (180 cm), a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a spacious walk-in closet an ideal spot to wake up to breathtaking sea views. A sofa bed is located in this bedroom, and can be installed for a supplement of €10/night (for children up to 18 years only). Two additional bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed (160 cm), share a second bathroom with a shower, while an independent toilet adds extra convenience.

The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light, thanks to large mirrored bay windows that seamlessly connect the indoors with the outdoors. The cozy living room, equipped with a smart TV offering streaming services via Orange TV, is perfect for relaxation. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a central island, a refrigerator with an ice dispenser, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine. It opens directly onto the main terrace, creating a smooth and pleasant indoor-outdoor living experience.

Outside, Villa Blanca boasts multiple well-appointed terraces: a spacious covered main area with a dining table, an outdoor lounge, and sun loungers by the pool; a private terrace adjoining the master suite with a stunning panoramic view; and a more secluded space at the back of the villa, shaded by a pergola, perfect for intimate and convivial moments. The private saltwater pool (7x5 meters) invites you to unwind and cool off, with an outdoor shower and a guest toilet conveniently nearby.

The fully enclosed garden, lined with banana trees and lush tropical vegetation, creates a true haven of peace. A versatile space at the villa's entrance allows for activities such as football or basketball. To enhance your stay, the house is also equipped with a charcoal barbecue, a plancha grill, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and an oversized dressing room for optimal comfort.
