Villa Sega is located in the town of Sainte-Rose in the north of Basse-Terre in Guadeloupe. It is part of a private residential building secured by an access code. This holiday rental enjoys a vantage point affording a view of the sea and access to the beach on foot. Villa Sega is ideally located near the most beautiful beaches in the North of Basse-Terre.

Featuring four bedrooms, the Creole-style holiday rental is ideal for a family with children or a group of friends. Villa Sega is located next to Villa Courbet which belongs to the same owners. As a result, if you are traveling in a small group (maximum of 14 persons), both villas can be rented.
Villa Sega provides a spacious, shaded patio with an angled swimming pool facing the sea and a dining area. A cozy, outdoor living area, stone barbecue and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun in Guadeloupe add the finishing touches to the outdoor amenities.

Villa Sega consists of a living room which opens on to a fully-fitted kitchen, which leads to a shaded patio, the perfect spot for dining in the shade. A first bedroom has two separate beds and a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor at the villa's entrance.
On the villa's ground floor, there is also a hallway which leads to two other air conditioned bedrooms, a guest bathroom and a shower room. The villa's upstairs features a fourth air conditioned double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.

What to do near the villa?
Villa Sega is not only perfect for a relaxing holiday but also ideally located to fan out to discover Basse-Terre and its surroundings. Only a 500-meter walk from the sea, you'll enjoy strolling along the pristine coast of Nogient. You'll also be able to dine or shop close to the villa. However, you'll especially apppreciate discovering all the beauty the North of Basse-Terre has to offer—the idyllic golden sand beaches of Cluny, Perle, Anse Tillet and Grande Anse. Sainte-Rose is also a jumping-off point for a number of day trips in the heart of Guadeloupe's Grand Cul de Sac Marin. Be sure to take a boat trip to discover Ilets La Biche and Caret.
The botanical garden located in Deshaies is around a fifteen-minute car ride away and the village of Deshaies is teeming with fine restaurants such as Amer where you can treat yourself to a delicious dinner while taking in the sunset over the bay of Deshaies.
Lastly, if you prefer lounging around the villa, the concierge can prepare delicious Creole-style meals delivered directly to the villa.

Merci Elodie. Nous vous remercions de votre retour constructif et vous prions de nous excuser pour les désagréments rencontrés. Concernant la baignoire, nous ne communiquons pas sur le terme balnéo car les jets ne fonctionnent pas effectivement. Il est prévu qu'elle soit changée mais faute de disponibilité de l'artisan poseur cela n'a pas pu encore être finalisé. Le four ainsi que le frigo vont être changés. Nous sommes toutefois heureux de lire que vous avez passé de bonnes vacances. Bien cordialement
Très belle villa créole où nous avons passé un très bon séjour en bordure de mer. Prestations au top. Vous avez été très réactive lors de la coupure d électricité à Sainte rose et nous vous en remercions Bien à vous

The house is very nice. The terrace offers a view of the sea - only 60-70 meters away. The house is very comfortable and we had a great time. The nearby beach is a it wavy, however Plage Cugny is within a nice 30 minute walk, or a short drive. Grocery shopping is close.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie villa au cadre paradisiaque. Quelques détails de propreté tout de même, les joins de la porte du frigo sont marrons de saletés, jamais nettoyer je pense. Le lave vaisselle est à changer, il faut tout prélevé à la main, les buses de la baignoire et douche à jets encrassés de calcaire/rouille ce qui rebute à l'utilisation. Enfin le four sale qui semble trop fragile, à peine appuyer sur le sélecteur que celui ci s'est enfoncé dans le four, cela a été vu avec la personne à contacter sur place qui a prétendu que nous l'avions cassé. Ce ne sont que des détails, qui n'ont pas gâcheras vacances, mais à ce niveau de tarifs, ces détails sont importants.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
