From Pointe-à-Pitre Airport, it takes about 40 minutes to reach this seasonal rental. Less than a 5-minute drive will take you to the town of Saint-François, its marina, and its amenities (shops, restaurants, boutiques, pharmacy, bakery, etc.). The Coulée beach is a 5-minute drive away, and the Pointe des Châteaux is about 15 minutes away.
Villa Stellia has a private parking area secured by an alarm, where two cars can be parked.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
