This luxury villa offers great value for your money and is only 5 minutes away by car from the marina of Saint-François and the golf course. On the road to Pointe des Châteaux, you'll also find a number of souvenir shops including the Maison de la Coco as well as wonderful restaurants. I particularly recommend "Chez Man Michel" for its delicious lobsters. Close to your holiday rental, you can walk along the beaches of Pointe des Châteaux, or explore the north of Grande-Terre and a number of natural treasures, including Pointe de la Vigie, Porte d'Enfer or the sublime beaches of Sainte-Anne, which are only a 15-minute car ride away.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour a St François grâce a l'accueil très chaleureux de Patricia et sa volonté de rendre sa propriété parfaite pour notre famille (lit bébé, protection pour la piscine, matériel disponible la plage/barbecue/tâches ménagères...). Un grand merci pour votre accueil !

La villa est très bien située sur les hauts de Saint francois. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. L'accueil des propriétaires était parfait et ils étaient disponibles pour toutes nos questions pendant la séjour. Merci encore

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
