Built on three levels, Villa Galanterie offers the ideal setting for a stay with family or friends, combining comfort, privacy and refinement. It has four air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is nestled in a charming detached bungalow in the heart of the garden, offering additional space for two people, or four with the option of sleeping on a mezzanine (140 cm bed - supplement €40/person). All four bedrooms are equipped with 160 cm beds, and each has its own private bathroom with shower and toilet, guaranteeing optimum comfort for every guest.
The living room, bathed in natural light, is convivial and open-plan, with a sofa, a Smart TV (Livebox Orange/Fibre - personal accounts required) and a JBL speaker to accompany your moments of relaxation. The functional, elegant kitchen is fully equipped with fridge with ice dispenser, blender, rice cooker and three types of coffee maker (Nespresso, Senseo, filter). It boasts a beautiful sea view and a pass-through to the outside. On arrival, a welcome basket awaits you with fresh fruit, a first breakfast and even a traditional ti-punch.
Outside, the villa opens onto generous landscaped areas: a terrace with dining table and lounge, complemented by a carbet with dining area and garden furniture, perfect for outdoor moments. The private saltwater swimming pool (8x4m, excluding steps) invites you to take a refreshing dip. The fully fenced garden abounds with tropical fruit trees (avocado, lemon, coconut, guava, carambola), and promises gourmet breaks in the great outdoors. An outdoor shower, a charcoal barbecue (Naterial brand), a cool box and garden furniture complete this idyllic setting, designed for comfortable, relaxing vacations.

Villa Galanterie is ideally located for discovering the riches of south-east Grande-Terre in a peaceful setting. Just 5 km from the lively town of Saint-François and its typical Rotonde market, you'll also find a bakery 4 km away, a Vito gas station 5 km away, and several supermarkets less than 6 km away for your everyday shopping needs. The area is full of great places to dine by the sea: many restaurants are located around the Saint-François marina and yacht harbor, around 10 minutes away.
When it comes to activities, the options are many and varied: go on an adventure to Pointe des Châteaux, a spectacular natural site just 25 minutes from the villa, ideal for a sunrise stroll. Thrill-seekers can try out the free-fall simulator or try their hand at golf at the 18-hole Golf International de Saint-François, both just 15 minutes from the villa. For water sports enthusiasts, the marina offers sea outings, jet skiing, diving and excursions to nearby islands.
For swimming pleasure, the Anse des Rochers beach is just 1 km from the villa (accessible on foot in around 15 minutes), while the popular Raisins Clairs beach is around 5 km away. A little further away, at 10 km, the Bois Jolan beach offers a wilder setting, perfect for a family day out. Between nature, idleness, sporting activities and cultural discoveries, Villa Galanterie is the ideal starting point for exploring Guadeloupe in complete freedom.
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
