Villa Haut Caret - Pointe-Noire

This carefully renovated luxury single-storey villa sleeps 6, with the option of adding a baby (cot provided). The villa's layout is designed to maximize space and take advantage of the 180° panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and the island of Montserrat.

The huge, bright, open-plan living area includes a fully-equipped modern kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, filter coffee maker and Nespresso Vertuo machine, food processor, kettle, microwave, toaster and other utensils... It's all there! The kitchen opens onto a cosy living room with TV (access to cable channels) and a Bose sound bar. It also has a pass-through to the outside, offering a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea and the swimming pool.

This vast room opens onto a large covered terrace, furnished with a second sitting area, a teak table for meals, and a hammock for relaxing moments. Electric shutters can be used to close off this space, making it even more cocooning.

In the bedrooms, you'll find three intimate air-conditioned spaces with top-quality bedding, mosquito nets and plenty of storage space: the master bedroom, with its king-size bed and private bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, overlooks the sea; a warmly-colored bedroom with twin beds and private toilet, and a smaller bedroom, also with twin beds. A bathroom with walk-in shower is shared with the 2 bedrooms. A guest toilet is also accessible from the living room.

Outside, the 6x3-meter saltwater swimming pool (secured by an underwater alarm) is lined with Bali tiles, and surrounded by deckchairs for lounging while admiring the view. A charcoal barbecue is available for outdoor meals.

The villa is also equipped with fiber optics for high-speed Wi-Fi access, and a water tank to guarantee your comfort. Partially PRM-accessible, it is also suitable for people with reduced mobility. You'll find everything you need for an unforgettable stay in an idyllic setting.
