Toulao Cottage is located on the heights of Pointe-Noire, on the leeward coast, on the island of Basse-Terre in Guadeloupe. Surrounded by lush vegetation with a magnificent view of the sea, this cottage will seduce travelers in search of a calm and harmonious life. The cottage is just a 5-minute drive from Pointe-Noire, with its amenities, and Anse-Caraïbes Beach. From Pointe-à-Pitre Airport, it takes about 45 minutes by car to reach your holiday accommodation, 10 minutes to dive at the Cousteau Reserve, 15 minutes to reach the beaches of the North of Basse-Terre, and about 1 hour 15 minutes to discover the beaches of Sainte-Anne in Grande-Terre.
How is Toulao Cottage arranged?
Perfect harmony between charm and authenticity, Cottage Toulao offers a capacity of 4 people (maximum). Arranged Creole-style, this holiday rental in Guadeloupe is surrounded by vegetation which offers a private site without being overlooked by any other accommodation.
From the entrance of the cottage, you will discover a terrace with a swimming pool of 3.30 m in diameter with deckchairs to relax on. The deck extends to the entrance of the cottage which opens onto the main room, including the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautifully decorated living room.
This accommodation has two air-conditioned bedrooms. One with a double bed in (160 by 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 by 200 cm) that can be brought together to form a double bed. These share a bathroom with shimmering colors, equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
This cottage features a second terrace with a table to enjoy your meals facing the sea, or relaxing in a hammock to admire the sunset.

This holiday accommodation is ideally located to discover the beautiful sites of Basse-Terre. Just 10 minutes from the cottage is the Acomat Basin. Plus, the north of Basse-Terre and its beautiful beaches (Grande-Anse, la Perle, Anse-Tillet, Les Amandiers, and so on) is at your fingertips.
In Pointe-Noire, the provider Soleil Excursions offers sea excursions to observe dolphins and sperm whales almost all year round. Enjoy the most beautiful things Basse-Terre has to offer: the authenticity and the striking contrast of the green mountains and the azure sea.

Merci Marine pour ce bel avis suite à votre séjour au cottage Toulao en Guadeloupe !
Location très agréable, propre. Rien à dire. Très joliment décorée. Proprio très sympathique, contact facile si besoin. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, tout est pensé pour passer un moment agréable. Il n'y a pas de vitres mais juste des volets et c'est génial car on s'endort avec le bruit des grenouilles!! Ca c'est les vacances!!! Un coin terrasse "apéro", un autre piscine c'est super. Il y a ce qu'il faut pour se mettre à l'aise. Il manquait juste le petit "au vent" pour un petit coin ombre côté piscine. Pensez à leurs demander, car il y en a un, c'est juste que nous, nous ne l'avons pas demandé, la feignantise des vacances, nous avait déjà gagné ;-) Surtout qu'ils sont très à l'écoute... Une location que l'on recommande. On n'est pas dérangé, c'est calme. Entouré de petites végétations de bananiers sur la terrasse, c'est très agréable. On a une fille de 4 ans qui court partout et c'est adapté pour ceux qui viennent avec des enfants en bas-âge. Tout est en bois pour le sol pour l'extèrieur donc ça ne glisse pas. (Juste dans la douche faites attention avec les petits c'est du béton, ça glisse un peu :-) ) En tout cas, Il y a un Bon Goût de reviens-y ;-) On a passé de très Belles Vacances :-)

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
