Where is this holiday rental with sea view in Guadeloupe?
This beautifull villa with sea view is located in Basse-Terre in Guadeloupe, on the heights of Bouillante neighborhood. This villa offers a breathtaking view of the Pigeon islets. Only 2 minutes driving away from Pigeon village and all shops, it is ideally located to discover the authenticity of Guadeloupe.
For scuba divers it is the perfect place to be, only 5 minutes driving away from Malendure beach and all the diving centers offering scuba diving tour in the famous Cousteau Reserve.
Villa Heliconia is about 45 minutes driving away from Pointe-à-Pitre airport and 30 minutes away from the volcano La Soufrière.
Private car park is available on the property.
Fully renovated in 2018, this villa rental is located just behind the villa Atoumo. The two villas are totaly independant from each other. For large groups, the rental of these two holiday villas allows a capacity of up to 14 people.

Perfect for a family stay in Guadeloupe or a friends trip, Villa Heliconia has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is also possible to add a cot and two baby beds in the villa. Each bedrooms has its own bathrooms with toilets and open-air shower. Two of them are equipped with a Queen size bed (160 cm) and the third one has two single beds, that can be brought together to form a double bed.
The living room opens onto the outside through a large bay window and is equipped with a comfortable lounge facing the sea. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. Nothing is missing!
The terrace, one of the major asset of this holiday villa in Guadeloupe, offers you various relaxation areas. The large table in the centre of the terrace allows you to enjoy your meals in the shade while admiring the breathtaking view of the Pigeon islets. You will appreciate the lounge area to enjoy an aperitif while admiring the sublime sunset overlooking the sea. You will sunbathe in the deckchairs by your pool or in the hammock.

What is there to do around this holiday home with swimming pool in Guadeloupe?
Villa Heliconia is perfectly located to discover the authenticity and the beautifull nature of the Basse-Terre region. You can swim with the turtles from Malendure beach, dive into the crystal waters of the Cousteau Reserve, make your own chocolate at the Maison du cacao in Pointe-Noire, so much incredibles things to do in Basse Terre.
Finish your day having a hot bath in Bouillante while admiring the. From Trois-Rivières you can also go to the island Les Saintes just for a day trip. Les Saintes are one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Do not miss the Bologne Distillery in Basse-Terre where you will discover all the history and richness of Guadeloupe rum.

Loved our stay at Villa Heliconia. A beautiful space with a perfect pool overlooking the Cousteau Reserve. The Villa was fantastic with open areas onto the large deck and 3 great bedrooms each with its own outdoor shower. The welcome team and owners were helpful, kind and made our stay great.

villa avec une très jolie vue sur l'ilets pigeon, et très bien équipée avec plancha et tout ce dont on a besoin pour se détendre.

Nothing bad to say about this house. It had it all for our weeklong family stay. The kids enjoyed the pool toys, and the owner got us a Christmas tree to decorate while we were there. Well-stocked kitchen. Well-appointed living and exterior. And the amazing view of course...

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
