Where is Villa Giri located in Guadeloupe?
Located in the town of Bouillante, on the leeward coast of Guadeloupe, Villa Giri belongs to a quiet and intimate residential area holding two other villas (three in total). These three villas are identical and aligned in a staggered fashion facing the sea staggered so that each is not overlooking the others. The residence is private and secured by an electric gate. Each villa has three parking spaces. Recently built (January 2023), this pretty 5-star holiday rental is located on the heights of Bouillante, and offers an incredible view of the sea and the Pigeon Islands in the heart of the Cousteau Reserve.
Your superb holiday villa is about 45 minutes from Pointe-à-Pitre Airport and two minutes from du bourg de Pigeon and all its amenities (local restaurants, supermarkets, a gas station, a bakery, and so on).
How is this luxury villa in Bouillante, with a swimming pool and a sea view, arranged?
Villa Giri has three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms decorated in a modern and warm style. Accommodating up to six people, this luxury villa is ideal for a stay with friends or family. This beautiful holiday rental in Bouillante is built on the ground floor and offers a living space completely open to the terrace thanks to sliding windows. There is a seating area with a sofa and two armchairs, a TV, a large, modern and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a laundry room with a washing machine. Access to the rooms is through the outdoor terrace, facing the sea. Each has its own bathroom with a toilet, a shower, a bath, a dressing area, an office area, and quality bedding (double beds of 180 cm x 200 cm for the first two bedrooms). The third bedroom is adapted for people with reduced mobility (room size,
electrical outlets, bathroom equipment and a toilet) and has two single beds of 90 cm x 200 cm that can be pushed together on request to offer a bed of 180 cm. A guest toilet is added to the facilities of your holiday villa.
You will also enjoy the charcoal barbecue and the wooden table at the back of your house from which to quietly cook tasty Creole dishes. The terrace is the main asset of your holiday home, with an amazing view, where you can enjoy sunbathing in the deckchairs, reading in the shade of the parassol, or cooling off in your sublime salt-water pool with a double overflow. The sunset over the pool is a real masterpiece every night of your stay in Guadeloupe.
For your comfort, many attentions are foreseen during your stay such as the change of towels every 3 days and hygiene products (shampoo and shower gel) provided for your entire stay. An arrival kit including tea, coffee, sugar, bottle of water, new sponge, dishwashing liquid and of course the planter is included in the price of your rental. Finally, for families traveling with children, a baby bed and high chair can be provided upon request.
For a minimum stay of 12 nights, a mid-stay cleaning and a change of bed linen will be offered.
Please note that the three houses on the estate are identical. The reservation department will confirm before your arrival which of the three houses will be assigned to you

What to do around this holiday rental with a pool sea view in Bouillante, Guadeloupe?
This luxury villa in Bouillante is about a 5-minute drive from Malendure Beach where guests can swim with turtles or rent kayaks to the Pigeon Islands. For lovers of scuba diving, Malendure is the ideal starting point to discover the beauty of the preserved seabed of Cousteau Reserve. We recommend the diving center Heures Saines (Healthy Hours!) located on the Rocher de Malendure or the “CIP” on the beach.
As a family, treat yourself to a boat trip with the Nautilus to the Cousteau Reserve to see your children’s eyes light up in wonder. In the evening, we recommend that you visit the hot baths at the beach in Bouillante to admire the sunset over the sea. Allow about three minutes by car to reach the North of Basse-Terre and relax on the beautiful golden, sandy beaches, such as the Pearl Beach, or the beach of Grande-Anse.
Further south, climb the Soufriere or discover the many hiking trails around this location. A stay at Villa Giri, brings with it the promise of discovering the authentic and charming location of Basse-Terre.

Un grand merci à vous pour ce très beau commentaire ! Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un bon séjour à la villa Giri en Guadeloupe !
Une belle villa moderne avec des matériaux de qualité mais pas fonctionnelle , la pièce à vivre n’est pas conviviale car il y a fait une chaleur irrespirable, elle n’est pas climatisée, orientée plein ouest, et les baies vitrées qu’on doit fermer à chaque sortie aggravent ce four. Les chambres donnent directement sur l.extérieur, donc un enfant doit s’enfermer à clé la nuit par sécurité et justement c’est dangereux. Piscine très agréable, environnement calme , literie très confortable 180, mais chambres un peu trop chambres d’hotel, ça manque de caché, mais ceci est personnel. La concierge Émilie est top, elle ne travaille qu’avec d’excellents prestataires, très bons conseils et réelle volonté d’apporter du bien-être. En bref , c’est beau, mais des améliorations doivent être faites pour justifier du tarif et des 5 étoiles, à mon avis
Bonjour Anne, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de déposer un avis suite à votre séjourà la villa Giri. Nous regrettons que la villa n'ait pas répondu pleinement à vos attentes. A cette période de l'année (avril) il fait effectivement très chaud en Guadeloupe. Le salon n'est pas climatisé mais dispose de deux brasseurs d'air (au plafond). L'accès aux chambres se fait par la terrasse. L'ensemble de ces points sont bien spécifiés dans l'annonce afin que les futurs voyageurs puissent se projeter pleinement dans leur future location de vacances. Bien cordialement

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
