Sunset Lodge is located in the town of Bouillante, on the leeward coast of Basse-Terre and enjoys an incredible location between the sea and the mountains. This holiday accommodation enjoys an exceptional panorama of the Caribbean Sea, Pigeon Islands, and the famous Cousteau Reserve, a must for
scuba diving in Guadeloupe.
Located between mountains and blue waters, the lodge is the ideal place to discover the natural riches of Basse-Terre. It takes about 1 hour to drive to your holiday home in Bouillante from Pointe-à-Pitre Airport. This quiet and peaceful area will delight sunset enthusiasts! Less than a kilometer from the lodge, is a small commercial area including stores, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a gas station, which will allow you to organize your vacation. Several restaurants in the surrounding area will allow you to taste the delightful flavors of Creole cuisine.

Ideal for a romantic stay, the Sunset Lodge can accommodate up to two people. This holiday rental consists of a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace with a bar area. Facing the sea, the sublime shaded terrace holds a table for enjoying your meals, a comfortable hammock, a small outdoor seating area, a grill to cook fresh fish, a relaxation area with a whirlpool, and two deckchairs. From the terrace, a large bay window gives access to a beautiful, air-conditioned bedroom, with a queen-
sized, four-poster bed (160 x 200 cm), plus its office and TV area, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
Everything has been designed with your comfort in mind. Wherever you are in the lodge, you will enjoy the sea view. Your evenings will be marked by beautiful sunsets over the Caribbean Sea.

Ce lodge mérite ces 5 étoiles. C’est un petit coup de cœur. Il est situé sur la commune de Bouillante mais plus proche de la plage de Malendure en face les Îlets pigeons où se trouve la réserve Cousteau pour les amateurs de plongées. Il a une vue à couper le souffle (vue de la terrasse couverte sauf si la végétation pousse trop) et les couchés de soleil sont un vrai régal. L’équipement est parfait, tout y est y compris le fer à repasser ! Il est très bien agencé, la cuisine d’1 côté et la chambre de l’autre. Au milieu un espace ouvert mais couvert où se trouve un salon de jardin + un coin repas et un hamac. Sans oublier les 3 rideaux coupe vent que vous baissez à souhait. Un jacuzzi avec une bonne T* et 2 transats sur un autre coin terrasse. On remercie Laurent qui nous a accueilli avec bienveillance et humour. On le remercie pour sa réactivité tant pour répondre aux questions que pour régler rapidement 1 ptit soucis. Il est de très bons conseils pour les bars ou restos ou pour les randos… merci Laurent Si l’on revient sur Basse-Terre, c’est sûr on revient au lodge Sunset

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
