Where is Lanmou Cottage located in Guadeloupe?
Lanmou Cottage is located in the town of Pointe-Noire, on a private estate including the Villa Acomat, Vanilla and Cocoa bungalows and Miskad Cottage.
Each unit is rented out separately. They can also be rented together for a large family or a group of friends. Everything has been perfectly thought out to offer each accommodation privacy, without being overlooked.
Located on the heights of a small hill, between sea and mountain, the cottage offers a pleasant view of the sea.
It takes about 45 minutes by car to reach your cottage from Pointe-à-Pitre Airport, 10 minutes to discover the superb Saut d’Acomat (a swimming basin beneath a waterfall), three minutes to reach Anse Caraïbes Beach, or 10 minutes to dive into the Cousteau Reserve.

The Cottage Lanmou is furnished with care and a lot of taste: a perfect harmony between charm and authenticity. With a capacity of two people, this cottage in Guadeloupe is ideal for a romantic stay on the leeward coast, for a weekend (minimum stay of two nights), or for a longer stay in Basse-Terre.
This new seasonal rental (since June 2022) offers a covered terrace overlooking the sea. This space is beautifully decorated with a circular table, a rocking chair, a small outdoor sofa, two sunbeds, and a jacuzzi. Two bay windows allow you to enter the air-conditioned living room and a magnificent sleeping area with a four-poster double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). The living room features include a flat screen TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and leads to a small bathroom with a sink, a toilet and a walk-in shower.

The Cottage Lanmou is perfectly located in Basse-Terre to allow you to discover the natural beauties of the surrounding island in less than 15 minutes by car: waterfalls, river pools, Malendure Beach, Cousteau Reserve, the beaches of the North of Basse-Terre, or a half day at sea to observe dolphins and whales with our partner Soleil Excursions.
Everything is so comfortable and so well thought out, that you will certainly also want to rest here and enjoy the relaxing surroundings, and you will be right to do so. As you can see, this location is a real favorite!

Emplacement difficile à trouver à l'arrivée avec l'impression de déranger le propriétaire avec nos demandes téléphoniques pour trouver le chemin. Construction moderne récente, lit confortable toutefois cuisine mal équipée (manque de bac à glaçons, vaisselle, pots à eau, bons couteaux...). Mobilier extérieur inconfortable.

Le chemin d'accès, l'adresse ainsi que les coordonnées GPS sont mentionnées dans le carnet d'accueil. De plus un panneau indicatif se trouve à l'entrée de la montée du logement. Le logement est entièrement neuf (2022). Toutes vos demandes d'un point de vue équipement cuisine ont été honorées durant votre séjour. Nous vous souhaitons une bonne continuation.

This place is magic, it has been thoughtfully made and provided of all you need. But it's the details that make it special, you see that the owner knows what people appreciate. Great bed, the fans inside and outside, the clime placed so that you can leave it on even if you're in bed. Outside furniture very comfortable, nice terrace with a nice view... Perfect! We had some bad experiences at the island and then we landed at this oasis, perfect! And thanks for your nice guidance.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
