You will appreciate its location just 5 minutes by car from the beaches of Grands and Petit-cul-de-sac but also from the bay of Lorient, a site famous for surfing, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. At the villa, you can easily park up to 6 vehicles. So everyone will be able to organize their stay according to their desires. The villa has a secure entrance through a gate with code, and has a partially covered parking.

The five air-conditioned suites are distributed on either side of the villa. They all have large storage cupboards, a king-sized bed, and a bathroom with a shower, a double sink, and a separate toilet. One of them is a real master suite with a kitchen and a seating area giving its occupants real independence. The master suite also has a large balcony with a private swimming pool from which you can enjoy the ocean views.

The living space offers superb space and is fully open-plan. Large windows allow you to take in the view of the ocean. The kitchen has a large island that can be used as a worktop and as a counter for meals. The kitchen is richly stocked and you won’t miss anything whether you’re cooking or delegating meals. The living room has comfortable sofas and armchairs. An Apple TV (with Orange TV and American cable) is cleverly integrated into the living room furniture. For entertainment, the house is also connected to a Sonos sound system allowing you to listen to music throughout the house. Outside, the centerpiece of the terrace is the large, heated Bali stone pool. It offers incredible views of the ocean. You will also appreciate the various relaxation areas, including a sofa, deckchairs, and garden furniture at your disposal.

Vitet is a predominantly residential area, with many luxury villas and high-end properties that attract affluent clientele and visitors looking for an exclusive getaway.
