Where is the Colibri Estate located in Martinique?
The Colibri Estate is located in the town of Vauclin on the Atlantic Coast of Martinique. Situated in a residential area, the estate is an exception because unlike the other houses it has an extensive plot of land guaranteeing a peaceful holiday.
On the estate are
Colibri (Hummingbird) Villa and Ti Colibri Cottage. The villa can accommodate six people, and the cottage can cater for four travelers. By renting the estate, you will be the only one enjoying the entire site. This holiday rental is ideal for a group of friends or a large family, allowing a mixture of convivial moments with the group, and moments of relaxation in complete privacy.
The
estate is about 35-minutes’ drive from the airport, and less than a 5-minute drive from the village of Vauclin where you will find all amenities. You can easily park several vehicles within the estate, secured by a coded gate.
How is the Colibri Estate arranged in Martinique?
The Colibri Estate therefore consists of two units. The first is Ti Colibri Cottage. In 2022, this bungalow was added to increase the flexibility of the site. So Ti Colibri Cottage is a new seasonal rental. This bungalow consists of two air-conditioned double bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower, an independent toilet, and an interior living room. Adjoined to the living room is a tiled and covered terrace which houses a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor lounge area. This terrace extends to a deck, framing a swimming pool (with alarm).
The second unit is Villa Colibri, which can accommodate six people. This holiday rental is divided into two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a scullery, a living room with a TV, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one double and one twin). Each room has its own bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Upstairs, accessible from the living room, is a third air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Certainly you will spend the most time outside at this unique estate. Villa Colibri also has a beautiful swimming pool (with alarm) lined with palm trees. The landscaped external area is also comprised of a hut, deckchairs, garden furniture, and a hammock.All invitations to relax! What to do around Ti Colibri Cottage?
There are no shortage of activities to discover around the Colibri Estate.The beautiful beaches of southern Martinique (Pointe Marin, LES Salines, Anse Michel) can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car.If you travel with your family and children, you will appreciate the presence of a nature park (Lion’s Park) two minutes by car from the accommodation. There you can find, as well as lions, tree climbing courses, inflatables, a climbing wall, zip lines, etc. For a kitesurfing stay, many spots can be reached between 10 to 30 minutes by car (e.g. Cap Est, Faula Point, Macabou Beach, Michel Cove). The large garden of the villa will allow you to dry your kite wings easily! To discover the coast, the islets, and the white, sandy ocean floor, you can also opt for a boat ride from François Marina, or rent kayaks with a transparent glass bottom in Pointe Chaudière.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
