This bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet, offering an exceptional ocean panorama.
The spacious and bright living room transforms into a true art gallery, showcasing works by local artists and pieces from renowned designers. You can enjoy a comfortable modular sofa to watch your favorite shows on a Smart TV, or share a meal around the large dining table.
The recently renovated kitchen, finished in polished concrete, is fully equipped to meet your needs: blender, kettle, Nespresso and drip coffee machines, gas stove, and oven. In the back, an additional kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher for added convenience.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
