It’s central location allows you to enjoy the commercial spots (markets, grocery stores, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy) and restaurants of both towns in proximity.
The Villa Caribbean House is perfect for travelers looking for peace and quiet. It is situated on a private estate secured by an electric gate, which leaves an aroma of relaxation throughout the estate. The completely privacy made available by the estate will guarantee you total peace.
Several vehicles can be easily parked on the property, including two in a covered area reserved for this purpose.

Completely refurbished in 2019, Caribbean Sunset House is a fully air conditioned villa including a primary suite. An outside staircase leads to the main floor. It consists of three bedrooms, two with queen size bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom is air conditioned. The twin beds in this bedroom can be safely converted into a queen size bed . This floor has two independent bathrooms with toilets. The largest bedroom, with contemporary décor, opens to the living room from floor-to-ceiling windows. These are tinted to ensure your privacy. This living room revolves around several living areas and offers breathtaking views of the sea and lush nature with these large windows.
You will enjoy relaxing in front of the large flat screen SMART TV or enjoy a lunch on one of the two dining tables. A large and modern fully equipped kitchen (blender, coffee maker, icemaker fridge, washer/dryer, etc.) complements the amenities of the floor. The fourth bedroom of Caribbean Sunset Villa is located on the ground floor, one floor below, and has a fully independent access. It consists of a queen size bed and a private shower room.
The outdoor space consists of several parts. A huge garden is on the first level. At the second level, several choices of relaxation are available to you. Indeed, the villa has a terrace where you can admire the magnificent view. You can also share an cocktail under the gazebo with a large bar, ideal for enjoying the barbecue WEBER at your disposal. Finally, you can enjoy a swimming pool 5,46 X 3,28 yards secured by a gate, its deckchairs and its beach umbrella.

What activities are there near this vacation home in northern Martinique?
The Caribbean Sunset House is located in the community of Saint-Pierre. This community in Martinique is a real cultural gem. Destroyed in 1902 after the volcanic eruption of Mount Pélée, this town is rich in discoveries : remains (theatre, old prison, dungeon of Cyparis), museum (memorium of the worst volcanic disaster of the 20th century), distillery (Depaz), snorkeling site (underwater sculpture, Manman dlo). The town of Saint-Pierre also offers a small covered market located at the seaside open every day from 6am to 2pm.
If you are nature lovers and enjoy hikes, you will appreciate the green surroundings of the north of Martinique. Do not miss the climb of the Mount Pelée located in Morne Rouge (20 minutes drive), the Gorges de la Falaise, Ajoupa Bouillon (30 minutes drive) or the Couleuvre waterfall or hike Prêcheur - Grand Rivière (20 minutes by car). Finally, if you are a dive enthusiast, know that Saint-Pierre’s Bay is full of shipwrecks. Three dive clubs also offer outings for all levels!

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
