There is also one additionnal separate toilet. Three bedrooms are upstairs, while one is on the first floor, close to the pool, spacious living room, kitchen and TV room.
The living room, bathed in light and open to the outdoors, offers an open-plan living space, ideal for relaxing and entertaining. The large, well-equipped kitchen opens onto the outdoors. Outside, the large terrace framing the 7m by 4m swimming pool invites you to relax with its sun loungers, complemented by an outdoor shower and gas barbecue for unforgettable moments of conviviality. The large garden, sloping down to the sea, adds a touch of serenity and exclusivity to this exceptional property.

Kayaking directly from the villa is a unique opportunity to discover the region's breathtaking seascapes. The islets of Robert, with their crystal-clear waters and abundant marine life, are a must-see destination for snorkeling and diving enthusiasts. The "fonds blancs", famous for their sandbanks in the middle of the ocean, offer a heavenly setting for a day of relaxation and swimming. You can rent kayaks from the various service providers located in the villa's neighborhood, or head to Le Robert marina for a boat trip. Villa Alexina has direct access to the sea for a refreshing swim. The beaches of the Atlantic coast are also within easy reach. We recommend the various beaches of Trinité (plage de cosmy, plage des raisiniers) and Tartane (la brèche, plage des surfeurs...). La pièce principale donnant sur la piscine est très agréable et bien équipée, et les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables. L’emplacement est idéale pour un séjour au calme et suffisamment central pour visiter l’île entièrement. Mes échanges avec Alexandra ont toujours été très fluides et agréables.

Bonjour , après avoir eu un excellant accueil de la propriétaire Alexandra , nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa qui répondait à notre attente et qui d’ailleurs correspondait totalement à la description faite sur le site ! Alexandra est une hôtesse très accueillante, disponible , réactive , qui a répondu très rapidement à nos petits soucis , jusqu’à changer immédiatement le lave-vaisselle , qui avait certes déjà quelques soucis … La piscine est magnifique avec sa partie plage pour se délasser au soleil et sa partie plus profonde dans laquelle on peut même nager !

. Tout était parfait du début à la fin ! Accueil chaleureux, instructions claires, villa magnifique au calme avec une vue extraordinaire et une piscine parfaite pour se rafraîchir ou se prélasser au soleil avec tout le confort nécessaire ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées (literie confortable, dressing très grand, clim, salle de bain indépendantes dans les chambres avec gel douche et shampooing). Côté équipement, tout est neuf et de très très bonne qualité. Il y a vraiment tout le nécessaire dont vous avez besoin pour passer un excellent séjour. Vraiment, ne cherchez pas il ne manque rien ! Et cerise sur le gâteau : plusieurs attentions de la part des hôtes qui rendent le moment encore plus magique. Un vrai grand MERCI de nous avoir permis de passer 12 jours parfait 🙏🏼 nous espérons avoir la chance de revenir vite pour finir notre visite de la Martinique.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
