Serenityis what will come to mind as you walk through the door of Villa Lanati. This holiday rental is located in the countryside of the town of Le Marin, in the south of Martinique. This holiday home will delight nature lovers with its breathtaking view from the
terrace. Its geographical location offers you the opportunity to reach both the postcard beaches of the Caribbean Coast and the
sports beaches of the Atlantic Coast for kitesurfing and other watersports (and all this without traffic jams!). It takes about 20 minutes by car to reach either coast. With its 4 bedrooms, and a capacity of 8 people, Villa Lanati is ideal for a stay with family or friends in Martinique. Villa Lanati has no accommodations in close vicinity, and therefore is not overlooked. The house is framed by vegetation and has several parking spaces for vehicles.Access to the villa is via a stony road, so we recommend renting an SUV.
This newly renovated holiday home (summer 2022) is divided into 3 levels. The first level (on the ground floor) is the main living space of the villa. It consists of a modern, fully equipped kitchen (2 fridges, a freezer, a waffle iron, a coffee machine, etc.) and a large living room with a Smart TV (Bose speaker available). Opening the shutters, you will be captivated by the terrace and the view of the surrounding countryside. Opening the shutters allows you to instantly be transported from the inside to outside, where the 7x3m swimming pool invites you to relax—unless you prefer the small shaded kiosk from which to sunbathe on one of the deckchairs, enjoying a gentle, natural breeze.
The pool is framed by beautiful decking, part of which is covered to shelter you from the sunfor meals or while resting. Lounging in the garden furniture is the ideal spot to sip a drink, while a large table (for 8 people) will allow you to comfortably share your meals with space for everyone. A bar communicates with the kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet.
Upstairs, accessible by a staircase from the living room, is the sleeping area of the villa. From the landing, you will have access to 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, separate toilets, and a bathroom. The first 2 bedrooms to the left of the stairs share the same bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. One bedroom has two twin beds (that can form a larger bed), the other has a double bed. The third bedroom on this level is the master suite. It has its own bathroom (with a walk-in shower), an office area, and a large storage cupboard.
The fourth bedroom of this tastefully renovated villa is located in an independent studio which is accessible via the outside of the villa (do not hesitate to consult the virtual tour to understand the exact layout of the villa). This second master suite is a cozy nest. It has a beautiful air-conditioned sleeping area with double bed (160 cm), an office area, a large storage cupboard, and a bathroom with a toilet. This space enjoys its own balcony, framed by tropical vegetation.

The location of this 4-bedroom villa offers many advantages. The most beautiful beaches in the south of the island (Cap Macré, Pointe Marin, and Salines) are located about twenty minutes from the rental. And for the more active, the water sports beaches of Vauclin are equidistant (for kite surfing, paddle, windsurfing, etc.). Hikers will appreciate the proximity of the trails of la trace des caps (the track of the capes) in Sainte-Anne, or the circular 4.4 mile ( 7.08 km) route of Vauclin. And if you want a little more height, tackle the Piton Crève Coeur or the Montagne du Vauclin for a fabulous view.
To eat, meet at La Marina du Marinwhere you will find many restaurants and bars on the seafront offering tasty seafood; unless you prefer to go to Pointe Marin, a beach lined with restaurants for an ocean view. From your vacation rental, it is less than 10 minutes by car to reach the marina, and 15 minutes to Pointe Marin. Note that the town of Le Marin is also home to the largest marina in the West Indies—where you can easily schedule excursions to discover the Caribbean Coast of the island, and even spend a day exploring the neighboring island of Saint Lucia. As you will have understood, Villa Lanati the ideal place to stay toexplore the south of the island!

Très belle villa : équipement complet avec un espace extérieur vraiment idéal pour les vacances. 2 inconvénients : accès très difficile par la route, même avec 1 SUV... nous nous sommes facilement garés en bas et avons monté tous les jours la côte à pied (c'est bon pour la forme ^^) + gestion des poubelles (pas de containers à proximité)

Effectivement le cadre reposant de la villa se mérite :-) l'accès se fait par un chemin rocailleux dont une partie doit être refait par la mairie ( dès qu'il y aura plusieurs jours de beau temps consécutif l'intervention doit avoir lieu) , un véhicule de type SUV est donc indispensable. MAJ 08/01 : Concernant les poubelles, le chemin n'étant pas accessible à la voirie, il n'y a pas de bennes sur place. Des bennes publiques sont présentes au bord de la route, qui ne sont effectivement pas à proximité immédiate. Les clients sont informés au check in de l'organisation de la gestion des déchets durant le séjour. Il est également possible de se rendre aux bennes publiques de la marina du Marin.
Superbe vue, piscine, propre. Seul Point négatif l'accès à la maison est sportif !

. la vue est superbe et la terrasse semie-couverte permet d'en profiter même lorsqu'il pleut. piscine impeccable et plancha très appréciée. la villa est spacieuse et fonctionnelle et très bien équipée et les chambres climatisées. petit sujet d'humidité dans certaines pièces non climatisées et d'évacuation d'eau mais rien de très problématique. accès à la villa très pentu. prévoir une voiture haute type mini SUV. agence de conciergie reactive et accueil très agréable.

Agréable villa avec tout le confort nécessaire et superbe vue de la terrasse, l’accès est effectivement compliqué mais on s’y attendait.

Maison très agréable, dans un bel environnement avec vue dégagée, située dans une région de la Martinique permettant d’accéder facilement aux nombreuses plages (un peu plus éloignée du Nord). La terrasse est vraiment super ! Petit bémol pour l’accès vraiment difficile à la maison (chemin très pentu et cabossé), il faut vraiment prévoir une voiture adaptée (plutôt type SUV) avec de la puissance (nous sommes restés coincés sur le chemin…). Petit délai également sur la communication. En bref on recommande vivement en prévoyant une voiture adaptée ;)

nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison très confortable, super bien équipée et décorée. La vue est tout à fait magnifique, et la piscine chauffée vraiment très agréable ! quelques difficultés pour l'accès par un chemin de terre mais qui doit être refait. merci à l'équipe Villavéo toujours très disponible.
