From this patio, you can access a fully-fitted kitchen. A staircase leads to three double bedroom with each one a private bathroom. All the bedrooms are air conditioned. From the patio, a door makes it possible to access the villa's other wing when the whole dwelling has been rented. When the accommodation has been rented by two different groups, this door is locked. What are some activities that can be done near this villa?
The outdoor areas are ideal for relaxing around the pool at the foot of Mount Pelée. Sports enthusiasts have come to the right place. A variety of starting points for hikes are all around the villa, with some directly accessible from the villa. Two must-do hikes in Martinique—Les Gorges de la Falaise (a waterfall) in Ajoupa Bouillon and the hiking trail of the Caravelle Peninsula—are only a one-hour car ride away. A surf spot is only 30 minutes from the villa in the town of Sainte-Marie. Be sure to take in some of the other sights, such as the banana museum, distillery and tombolo.

Concernant la plomberie, nous sommes désolés pour le petit désagrément, nous sommes effectivement entrain de voir pourquoi l'eau chaude prend du temps à arriver dans l'une des chambres. Cela devrait être réglé ce mois. Vous remerciant à nouveau, à bientôt !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Belle habitation, conviviale. Extérieur ouvrant sur un panorama luxuriant à perte de vue. Destination idéale, en famille ou entre amis désireux de vivre une expérience au calme dans un joli cadre naturel. Idéale aussi pour les réceptions en petit comité. PS: Petit problème de plomberie, qui sera certainement résolu par la sympathique équipe de Villa VEO.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
