The famous Saint James rum distillery is located at the exit of the Sainte Marie town. You cannot miss it thanks to the signs visible from the road. You will love the shop situated in a beautiful creole house. Numerous text panels help to understand the distillation process during the visit. A little train goes around the plantings up to the banana museum.
