The bright, spacious living room is the heart of the house, with a beautifully decorated sitting area and smart TV (access to Netflix, premium videos with own codes). The living room is air-conditioned, and its comfortable sofa converts to a double bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people; on the other side of the room is the dining area offering a beautiful view of the pool. The well-equipped open kitchen (filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave) lets you prepare your meals while remaining close to the relaxation areas. It features a flat pass-through bar with 2 high chairs. There's also a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer, plus a guest WC.
The living room leads to the 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm) and large wardrobes; each has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
In the extension of the living room, separated by large sliding doors, is a furnished outdoor area with garden furniture protected by a large tarpaulin in case of rain or persistent sun.
The saltwater swimming pool, with underwater alarm, is surrounded by several areas equipped with deckchairs, armchairs, a large sunbathing area and a comfortable lounge. An outdoor shower is also available.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
