Villa Heva is located in a quiet and secure residential development. It takes less than 5 minutes by car to reach downtown Saint-François, withits amenities and Raisins Clairs Beach. Villa Heva is about a 250-meter walk from Manganao Beach. From Pointe-à-Pitre Airport, allow a 35-minute drive to your holiday villa. Villa Heva is secured by an electric gate and has private parking that can accommodate up to two cars.

Less than 5-minute walk from your holiday home, you will reach the pretty beach of Manganao with a possibility to rent deckchairs on the sand (for afee), and to access the restaurant at the Onao Beach Club. The village of Saint-François, the marina and all its amenities are less than 5 minutes by car from the villa. Here you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, stores, and activities. From the Marina of Saint-François or the port, you will have the opportunity to escape for the day to the islands of Petite-Terre, Désirade or Marie-Galante. Of course for golf lovers, the 18- hole international golf course of Saint-François is also less than 5 minutes by car, as is the beautiful beach of Raisins Clairs where you can rest under the shade of the palm trees.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
