Villa Yuccata is the main house of the estate, accommodating up to 12 people. This superb villa with a pool offers direct access to the seaside within a 5-minute walk or to beautiful walks in protected nature reserves. Guests can park their car in the nearby private parking area, with an electric gate ensuring security and ease of access.
Villa Coralia and Villa Parfum are the two other villas on the estate, both rated 4 stars as furnished tourist accommodations, each hosting between 2 and 4 guests. They are accessible via a path that serves each villa. There is no direct view between the villas, ensuring you enjoy close proximity while maintaining your privacy.
True havens of peace, they offer beautiful amenities to their guests and the possibility to rent all three villas (20 people in total).

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
