Located on the second floor (accessible by steps), this 40m² apartment promises a comfortable stay. Just a 20-minute drive from Aimé Césaire airport, this suite puts you right in the heart of Martinique's capital, with easy access to the city's amenities as well as to the maritime shuttle service to Pointe du Bout and the market town of Trois ilets. The loft is an ideal vacation rental for couples looking for a getaway in Fort de France, or for business travelers. For your comfort and peace of mind, a video surveillance and alarm system is installed in the building.

The suite features a beautiful bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a modern shower, offering comfort and practicality. The main room is open-plan and bathed in natural light. This air-conditioned space features a sitting area with TV and a kitchen area equipped with kettle, freezer, oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso espresso machine, allowing you to prepare delicious meals at any time.
From the main room, a staircase leads to a small mezzanine, ideal for reading and relaxing. Complementing these modern facilities, Casa Hugo suites are also equipped with beach gear, including masks, snorkels, umbrellas, hammocks, foutas and isothermal backpacks. You'll also benefit from a selection of TV channels, a USB/rj45 adapter for Mac, HDMI cable and Chromecast on request, as well as rj45 cable for a fast wired internet connection. Each suite is also equipped with a first-aid kit, a cot and an umbrella bed for families with babies, an iron, a smoke detector, and is soundproofed to ensure a peaceful rest.
You'll also have access to free secure luggage storage, laundry facilities (for a fee) and free printing and photocopying facilities.

What to do near this modern apartment in Martinique?
The loft is ideally located for an urban getaway. In the morning or for a snack, take advantage of the proximity of the Hery patisserie to treat yourself to some pastries or viennoiseries. The Fort-de-France market, just 30 metres away, is a must-see § You'll find handcrafted products, fruit, vegetables, arranged rums... There are also several small snack bars serving spicy local cuisine. Don't miss the Savane Park, where you might come across a few iguanas basking in the sun. The Musée d'Archéologie et de Préhistoire de la Martinique and the Schoelcher Library are also must-sees in Fort-de-France. La Française beach is a pleasant 10-minute walk from the apartment. On-site showers are available for rinsing off before a drink. From the pier, you can also take the shuttle bus to the beaches of Les trois ilets and Pointe du bout.

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
