Where is the Perle d'Ô estate?

Domaine de la Perle d'Ô is a collection of three magnificent villas - Villa Coeur d'Ö, Villa Martinique Diamant and Villa Perle du Diamant. The 3 villas are in close proximity to each other, so you can get around on foot - ideal for a large group of friends or family! Children can move safely between the houses. Located in the commune of Le Diamant, in Martinique's southern Caribbean region, the estate is around 25 minutes from the airport and just a short drive from the town of Le Diamant. With a total capacity of 31 people (11 bedrooms including 2 dormitories), each villa offers an exceptional setting for unforgettable large-group vacations.

How is the estate for a large group holiday in Martinique arranged?

The three villas that make up the estate are brand-new homes whose construction was completed in 2022.

Villa Cœur d'Ö can accommodate 13 people, with 3 double bedrooms and a 7-place dormitory. The villa offers a splendid view of the Bay of Diamant from its modern, well-decorated living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bar opens onto the partially covered terrace. You can enjoy alfresco dining and relax by the 8x4m swimming pool. The three air-conditioned bedrooms feature double 160cm beds and en-suite bathrooms with WC and walk-in shower. Villa Coeur d'Ö also has a large 80m² dormitory on the ground floor with a sitting area, 5 single beds and a bunk bed.

Villa Martinique Diamant is located next to Villa Coeur d'Ö. The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people. The large living room on the ground floor is decorated in a contemporary style. The fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opens onto the terrace, with a breathtaking view over the Bay of Le Diamant. The terrace is particularly pleasant, with a lovely outdoor lunch table, a bar area, garden furniture sheltered from the sun and a 7mx4m swimming pool. The three air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor have double 160cm beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Villa Perle du Diamant is the most recent villa. This vacation rental is set below the other two (with independent car access from the other two). It's a contemporary house with an exotic decor. Villa Perle du Diamant features a spacious living room with a comfortable lounge, connected TV and JBL portable speaker. The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers direct access to the terrace, which features a gas barbecue and a large table for up to 12 people. A beautiful salt-treated swimming pool completes the outdoor amenities. The air-conditioned bedrooms offer optimum comfort, with three upstairs rooms equipped with double beds and their own bathroom, and a dormitory on the lower level with two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, as well as a bathroom. The dormitory also has its own connected TV.

What to do near this group of 31-bed villas in Martinique?

The Perle d'Ô estate offers easy access to many activities and. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from a beach where you can enjoy water sports such as jet skiing and diving. The long beach of Le Diamant is about 5 minutes away by car. If you're traveling with young children, you'll want to avoid the waves at Anses d'Arlet. The setting, however, is ideal for a picnic in the shade of the grape trees, and family beach games. In the town of Le Diamant, you'll find snack bars, a covered market and "feet in the sand" restaurants. You can also take the Morne Larcher trail towards Anses d'arlet. After a steady climb to the top, you'll be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the bay - one of the best photo spots in Martinique! Le Diamant is a lively town with plenty of shops, including banks, mini-markets and bakeries, so you'll never be short of anything!
