This holiday rental is equidistant from the Pointe du Bout and the beaches of Anses d’Arlet (about 15 minutes by car), so you will have the opportunity to enjoy the advantages of these two popular sectors of the island! Located in a quiet area, this holiday home is spread over two levels and offers a heated swimming pool and a hot tub. The crystal clear waters of Anse à l’âne is just a 10-minute drive from the villa. Villa Abimaya is also located near the Pagerie Museum (birthplace of Josephine de Beauharnais, Napoleon’s first wife), the Parc des Floralies (where you can see themed gardens of the world), and Black Horse Ranch.

This holiday rental includes 4 beautiful, air-conditioned bedrooms with storage space, as well as 3 shower rooms. This villa has a capacity of 8 people, it is an ideal holiday rental for a stay with family or friends in Martinique.Of these rooms, three have a view of the swimming pool via large windows that let innatural light. The first two bedrooms are equipped with 160x200 cm beds, and the third with a trundle bedsuitable for children. Located upstairs, the air-conditioned living room offers a welcoming space with a large corner sofa, an 8-seater table and a fully equipped kitchen. Many appliances are available in the kitchen, such as a refrigerator with an ice dispenser, and a Nespresso coffee maker. For grilling fresh fish bought from the market a gas barbecue is installed on the terrace. To access the pool level, you will need to take the stairs located outside the villa. It is also on this level that the fourth bedroom is located, with a 160x200 cm bed. A bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a “relaxation” room or office area adjoin this room. A small laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack, complete the facilities on this level.

Outside, there is a beautiful wooden terrace with unobstructed views of a lush green environment. After a day of visiting the island of Martinique, opt for a relaxing moment in the jacuzzi—unless you prefer a dip in the heated pool. Also feel free to taste the many fruits from the trees in the garden: lemons, guavas,mango, passion fruit. There’s even a cinnamon tree!


Finally, Villa Abimaya has enough space for your children to play in peace. A small playhouse in the garden will satisfy the little ones. As such, and for families traveling with young children, the house also provides childcare equipment (a bed, a changing table, and a high chair).

You can also book an excursion to admire dolphins, go diving or jet skiing, enjoy the casino machines, or relax in one of the many restaurants and bars of the Pointe du Bout (located 15 minutes by car). Twenty minutes from the villa is Parkadonf, a park offering numerous games and activities for children and adults for a family day out in a pleasant setting. Unless you prefer to discover la forêt de vatable(which provides walks, hiking, kayaking in the mangroves, etc.) or lasavane des esclaves, a beautiful garden. Finally, supporters of peaceful idleness will appreciate the proximity of many beaches 10 to 15 minutes by car.
