Where is Villa de la Pointe in Martinique?

Stop your search, the maison de la Pointe is definitely what you could be looking for! La maison de la pointe is a "no-frills" house nestled in a large 3,000m² park at the tip of Pointe Larose. If you like entertainment, walking to restaurants and the beach, move on! This vacation home is designed for holidaymakers looking for an authentic home in an exotic setting. You won't have to worry about noise, and a relaxing stay awaits you! From Aimé Césaire airport, it's a 45-minute drive. The nearest commune is Le Robert, about 15 minutes away by car. A large electric gate secures access to the house
How is the Villa de la Pointe laid out?
La maison de la pointe is a 200m² vacation rental. Bordered by a large covered wooden terrace, you'll enjoy several relaxation areas: the hammock, a large table for sharing meals with family or friends, two garden lounges. The well-exposed above-ground hexagonal swimming pool is an extension of the terrace. The ground floor features a large living room and fitted kitchen. On the first level of the house is a living room with TV, from which you have access to a children's bedroom with a bunk bed (for two children only). This bedroom has a bathroom with shower and WC. On the other hand, a second air-conditioned bedroom with a 140cm bed, a study area and a very large balcony with a view complete the facilities on this level. On the top floor is a large suite with a double 160 bed and superb ocean views, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a balcony with 180° ocean views.

What to do near this vacation home in Martinique?
If you feel like leaving this little paradise, set off to discover authentic Martinique. Rent a kayak and explore the bay! There's a kayak rental company just 5 minutes' drive from the Maison de la Pointe. You can also take a half-day or full-day boat trip to discover the Josephine bathtub, îlet chancel, ilet madame, the white seabed... The first beautiful beaches are around 30 minutes away (plage de Cosmy, plage des Raisiniers...) In Tartane you'll also find great spots for sunbathing and relaxing. Tartane is also known for its many surf spots! Nearby, you can also discover the Caravelle peninsula, hike the Baie du Trésor, visit the Hardy distillery, the Baie des Trésors distillery, etc. There are many restaurants in the area (Restaurant le Corail , Restaurant Plein Soleil , Restaurant La Voile ...) as well as numerous activities on offer at Marina du Robert !

L'environnement sauvage et la vue sur la mer sont splendides. C'est un endroit idéal pour tous les amoureux de nature qui souhaitent s'éloigner de la foule et profiter du calme. Il n'y a pas de plage directe, mais un ponton permet de se baigner dans la mer en étant absolument seuls dans la crique.C'est une des plus belles vues que j'ai pu observé depuis la chambre parentale. Notre fille a pu faire un stage avec les chevaux, votre voisine propriétaire du haras a été très accueillante.
Un grand merci Augustin pour ce très bel avis sur la villa de la pointe, nous sommes heureux que vous ayez passé un bon séjour !au calme
Le cadre est exceptionnel et très calme ! Pour celles et ceux qui cherche la tranquillité je recommande vivement !

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
